For the success of implant prosthesis, many dentists always makes an effort to establish treatment plan, diagnosis and assessment on implant site. But adjacent teeth to edentulous area were often overlooked in diagnosis stage. Further endodontic or periodontal treatment was required to adjacent teeth.
